Small Celebration

Sarah and I went into hospital today for our four monthly specialists appointments and for Sarah to go for her infusion (they've struck me off the infusions and are only giving it to kids).

Our Endochrinologist was firstly really rapt with how great I'm looking now that I've lost weight. Keep in mind, this woman is stingey with her compliments.

Then came the great news...

In 12 months I've had a 6% bone density increase (they expected a 2% increase in 2 YEARS!).

The best news was to follow. Sarah has had a whopping 31% bone density increase!!
With these results, we've been told that she'll be on the infusions for another 18 months then they'll take her off them for a whole year.

We've got one very happy kidlet here...
