A loss is a loss no matter how you look at it
Here's what 7kg looks like
Had a full on week this week.
Cycled til I burst a 'foofer valve' four days this week and changed where I rode twice as well. Added a few more hills and different terrains as well as enjoying some more lovely scenery.
I clocked in under points each day and didn't spend my exercise points at all. All-in-all, I'm pretty proud of my progress so far and also for this week as whole.
As my total loss has a denominator of four, my mini goals are for every four kilos lost. I've achieved one and now have a loss of 7kg so I'm really going to try to push to hit 8kg next week!
Before weigh in tonight, I thought I'd check my wardrobe full of all sizes for any jeans that I may be close to fitting into. My current jeans look like they were previously owned by Krusty the Clown. I pulled out a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for over 4 years and they fitted!!! Now when I say 'fit', I don't mean that because I could do them up that means they fit.... No. I mean, they felt comfortable and I'm able to actually wear them! Pretty chuffed about that.
Weighed in hoping for a 1kg+ loss but was a little disappointed to see that I'd lost 0.3kg. Nevertheless, as above, a loss is a loss no matter how you look at it.
Here's to another week and another loss!

Hey AB, what a FABULOUS idea!! Now put all those cans in a backpack and try and carry them around for the day. Can you believe you used to wear that everyday? Congrats on your awesome loss!
